Members commission are supposed to be deposited, but still showing New Status     
1. Check your Automatic Task Scheduler and make sure it is not in a OFF mode, see Automatic Task Scheduler for details.

2. Check the task_complan_bank_deposits in SQL DB Maintenances -> Task Manager and make sure it is not in-use status for more than 2 hours, if it is in-use status for more than two hours, click on the Reset link, see Task Manager for details.

3. Check the plan that the members belong to, and make sure that it is not a Free plan, if it is so, change it to a Paid plan.

4. If the commission that are not being deposited are for sales, the commission may still be in cool-off period, see Plan Module Preferences for details.
