When you are logging to your PLEXUM X4 administrative virtual back office or viewing PLEXUM X4 software information page and the following data are missing or incorrect (e.g. Software Name, Software Version, Software Build No., Back-end Database, Released Date, Domain Name).

Solution:

Log-on to your server via FTP and navigate to the cgi-bin directory where PLEXUM X4 PlexumLib directory is located, open the directory and set permissions to 666 or 644 on all .lib files, if that didn't work, try setting permissions on your cgi-bin and PlexumLib folder to 777 or 755.
